Who we are

With over 20 years in the glass industry, we have gained the knowledge and experience to produce high quailty jobs on time and within budget. We started to notice that the way the glass industry was failing it's customers, was not in the quailty of the work that was being done, but in the lack of communication and organization with the customer. We have invested a lot of time and money in the technology to help us better serve our customers. We will communicate with you through the whole process, so you are never left wondering, Are they going to get back to me?, Have my items been ordered? Have my items come in yet? When will my job get scheduled?. In this way we feel we can make the whole process much more satisfying for the customers and allow us to be able to handle a lot more jobs. If we feel a project is not something we have time for or is outside the scope of what we do, we will let you know up front, not make you wait, wondering if a quote is ever going to come. This will allow you to continue searching for someone who can do the project without wasting your time. We know your time is valuable.
